Narayan Prasath has more than a decade of experience in the marketing industry, with expertise spanning content-led growth, performance marketing, and customer acquisition in the B2B SaaS sector. He is the Founder and CEO of Metaflow, an AI marketing and agent-tech platform that helps lean teams punch above their weight, enabling marketers to automate complex workflows, orchestrate AI agents, and compete at enterprise scale.

Before founding Metaflow, Narayan built his career in San Francisco’s startup ecosystem as a growth advisor and operator for high-growth B2B SaaS companies. His experience blends engineering rigor with creative strategy, an uncommon bridge that has shaped his pragmatic approach to modern marketing.

Narayan began his career as an engineer at Fidelity Investments in 2013, shortly after earning his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from SRM University, Chennai. Driven by a desire to deepen his business acumen and global perspective, he later moved to San Francisco to pursue his Master’s degree at Hult International Business School, where he began shaping the intersection between technology, marketing, and strategy that would define his career.

He then joined Reduxio Systems, a venture-backed storage startup funded by Intel Capital, C5 Capital Cloud Partners and Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP), where he drove go-to-martet role. At Reduxio, Joining Reduxio at Series A, Narayan scaled marketing and GTM operations through to Series C, building systems that bridged early-stage agility with enterprise execution. During his tenure there he produced hundreds of customer videos, testimonials, and technical stories, scaling organic visibility through SEO, and launching a prolific content engine that anchored the brand’s early market share.

In 2019, Narayan joined DemandLocal, one of the United States’ leading agencies for automotive advertising, where nearly one-fifth of auto retailers were clients. At DemandLocal, he helped expand the agency’s reach beyond automotive into QSR, healthcare, legal, fintech, and SaaS, strengthening its digital advertising and performance marketing operations. His thought leadership contributed to the agency’s broader visibility online, with numerous pieces of content published under his direction.

Throughout his career, Narayan has been the go-to person among peers and colleagues for growth strategy, go-to-market planning, and system design, the one people turn to when they need clarity on what’s working in marketing or how to set up smarter, automated workflows.

Even before founding Metaflow, he regularly advised and collaborated with several Bay Area startups, helping them shape their growth foundations. What began as informal consulting for friends and fellow founders evolved into a structured advisory role by 2023, when Narayan founded GrowthLane to formally build a bridge between strategy and execution, transforming that practical experience into scalable frameworks that empower teams to do more with less.

Since 2023, Narayan has served as an advisor and consultant for early-stage B2B SaaS startups, guiding founders in verticals such as energy, fleet safety, and insurance to build scalable go-to-market systems. His advisory work has helped startups confidently approach Fortune 500 clients, design ABM strategies, and accelerate pipeline efficiency through signal-driven marketing and AI-enabled workflows.
