What is the Metaflow MCP?

Is it free?

Connecting is free on every plan. The website audit and AI visibility check work with no account. Agent work such as research and content uses workspace credits.

Will it change my ads without asking?

No. Ad changes are staged first and only run after you confirm them. New campaigns are always created paused.

Can I connect read-only?

Yes. Add ?readonly=true to the MCP URL and only read tools load. Add ?toolsets=ads or ?toolsets=engine to limit which tools your AI sees.

How does sign-in work?

OAuth 2.1. Your AI tool opens a Metaflow sign-in, you pick a workspace, and the tool gets a scoped token. Disconnect from the AI tool at any time.
